This studio apartment for rent on Donaustrasse is a quiet and simple space with lots of light. The kitchen, living, dining, and bed rooms combine to create a single, open-concept area. Tall windows deliver lots of sunlight into your new home. There is a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs. And the room is wonderfully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, sofa, and 4-seat table. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample cupboard space. The bathroom also has a big window, is spacious, and has a shower stall and a washing machine, too.
Neukölln is a diverse neighborhood that is quickly transforming into the newest hip spot in the city. New shops and restaurants are popping up all the time. Streets and cafés are filled with artists and immigrants mingling with hipsters. No matter how fast things are changing, you can count on plenty of spots to eat. And the nearby Landwehr Canal isn’t going anywhere soon. South of your new home are a couple of nightclubs and lots of stores. North is where the restaurants can be found. And around the corner, you’ll discover a pastry shop, florist, and grocery store.
