This sun-filled studio apartment available to rent is located in East Berlin's Friedrichshain district. The 40 m² studio has beautiful natural wood floor boards and a bright and spacious main room with high ceilings and big windows. A big, comfy double bed is tucked away in a corner with a rug, couch, dining table, and equipped kitchenette in the main area. There is also a large standalone wardrobe and large flat-screen TV.
The studio on Simon-Dach-Straße is in the heart of East Berlin and is the go-to spot in the neighborhood. Right outside your door are an endless number of bars and restaurants, and if you walk just a bit further you also have some nightclubs. The location is perfect if you are looking for a central and lively place to live.
