This super studio apartment for rent on Stephanstrasse is on the 4th floor. The studio is much larger than many, and it has wonderful little details, like the partially hidden double bed, and a couple of cool brick walls that contrast perfectly with the white walls. The space has elegant furnishings and a hip vibe. The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped. And the bathroom has a spacious shower, shelving, and a washing machine, too.
You can keep it real in Moabit. Gentrification is inching its way into this neighborhood. It still retains a folksy vibe, though. Urban graffiti-lined backstreets mingle with trendy bars and traditional beer halls. There are a few museums you can visit here, but locals have a creative tendency. There are lots of artistic spaces. And a lot of green spaces, too. When you’re itching to get out of the city, just pop into nearby Fritz-Schloss Park and relax.
Things to keep in mind
- This studio is on the 4th floor and there's no elevator, so expect to climb a lot of stairs. It's totally worth it, though!
