This fashionable studio apartment for rent on Stephanstrasse is on the 1st floor. The main open-plan space has wood flooring. Entering the studio, you walk directly into the one-wall, fully-equipped kitchen. The rest of the area is furnished with a daybed that opens to a double bed, and also serves as a sofa. There is also a 2-seat table, wardrobe, and TV. The modern bathroom has a shower stall and a washing machine.
Not everything is what it seems, and this is definitely true about your new neighborhood. Moabit seems a little shyer than other Berlin neighborhoods. It’s not. Sure, the neighborhood isn’t as glammed-up as others, but that’s part of its unpretentious charm. Grips Theater, Arminius Market Hall, Kulturfabrik— oh my! And these spots are just a few. You just have to get to know the streets, and then all the hidden gems will start to open up.
