This sensational studio apartment for rent on Donaustrasse is on the 1st floor. You can hang your coat on a cool rack by the front door. The corridor is very long and lined with interesting pictures and prints. The bathroom is the first room on your right. It houses the washing machine, has a shower cabin and, it’s huge! The main room is just as large. It’s furnished with a double bed, stylish sofa, and flat screen TV: The one-wall kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and there are French doors to a furnished balcony overlooking the quiet inner courtyard.
Streets in Neukölln bustle with artists and Turkish immigrants. It’s becoming increasingly trendy. You’ll find an organic supermarket just 3 minutes from your door. Regular supermarkets are also nearby. As are dozens of cafés, bars, and restaurants serving up everything from sushi to Egyptian, and of course, German cuisine. The sprawling Peoples Park Bunnyheath is a 20-minute walk away. Moviemento cinema is 12 minutes away. Reuterplatz is closer, and the Landwehr Canal can be reached with a 10-minute walk.

- You’re close to numerous cafés, restaurants, and pubs.
- You can walk to Herrfurthplatz farmers market, which is held every Saturday.
