This spacious studio apartment for rent on Bochumer Strasse is on the 3rd floor. It’s an ideal open-concept space. To the left of the front door is a small room. This is where you’ll find the washing machine. The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the main living and sleeping area, but it’s in a little nook. It has modern appliances and a dining table in front of the window. The tiled bathroom is very large. The rest of the studio has wood flooring and the main room is furnished with a double bed, sofa, and big flat screen TV.

Your new studio apartment is close to the Spree River in Moabit. Downtown is a bit of a walk, but the S-bahn can get you there in roughly 20 minutes. In fact, a lot of places are just 20 minutes away on foot, including the sprawling Tiergarten Park and the Berlin Institute of Technology. Closer to home, you’ll discover a few restaurants and an ice-cream shop around the corner. There is a bakery near the Edeka supermarket, which is 5 minutes away.

What we liked the most

The studio is very spacious and gets ample natural light.
There is a laundry room in your entrance hall.
You’ll find an organic supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.
The Spree is 1 minute away and you can stroll the path along it.
