This charming studio apartment is now available for rent on Hufelandstraße in Prenzlauer Berg. To the right of the entrance is the bathroom which has a shower, toilet and sink. Continuing down the hall you have a living room/bedroom. This room has a large double bed and the furnishings of a living room with dining table and armchair. Also attached to this room is a fully equipped kitchen.
The studio is located in a good residential area with good public transport links to the city centre, located to the east. Nearby you will find a lot of parks including Volkspark Friedrichshain which is large with landscaped greenery and multiple ponds.
What we liked the most
- There are wooden floors throughout the apartment.
- There is a lot of storage in the kitchen.
- You will have great links to the centre city, which is very close.
- There are movie theatres located nearby.
- This apartment has central heating to keep you warm during the chilly winter months.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator in this building and the apartment is on the 3rd floor so may be hard to access for some people.
- There is no AC in this apartment and a fan or portable unit may be necessary for Summer.
