There is a room available to rent in this bright and spacious 4-bedroom apartment in the Txurdinaga district. An 8th floor apartment, each room is kept sun-filled and fresh. There is a big and cozy living room where you can watch TV or read, as well a big eat-in kitchen – also a great place to hang out. There is wood flooring throughout, an enclosed balcony, and 2 full bathrooms.
Txurdinaga is peaceful and residential. If you enjoy nature, you'll love to know that you have the huge Europa Park less than 1 minute away, in addition to the nearby Ría del Nervíon. A few minutes' walk away you also have a more commercial area, where you can find plenty of shops and grocery stores.
What we liked the most
- Living high up has its perks – like the gorgeous scenic view.
- We love the kitchen! It's big, bright, and beautiful. Plus, you can watch TV while you eat.
- The living room is huge with a sitting area and another area to relax while watching TV.

- The landlord does not permanently live in the apartment, but is currently using the other 2 bedrooms.
