Rooms are available to rent in this gorgeous 4-bedroom apartment in the Amezola district, close to the centre of the city. The spacious, stylish apartment has a selection of chic furniture, and large common areas, including 2 comfortable sofas and a big dining table in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, and has plenty of space for all 4 tenants. There is 1 shared bathroom, which only 3 tenants will share, as the 4th bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is located close to the centre of the city, with Plaza Moyúa only about an 11-minute walk away. Nearby, there are good transport options, and the area is well supplied by amenities – within a few minute's walk you can find Día and Carrefour grocery stores, plus banks, cafes and restaurants. For anything that you can't find, just walk to the city centre!

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a nightstand, and a big built-in desk by the window. There is a large wardrobe with mirrored door, and the room also has an armchair. The room has a bright window, looking to a large open area.
