This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Giacomo Matteotti is located in a relatively modern building with an elevator. There is a contemporary feel throughout, although there are also a few vintage touches in the tiles of the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The equipped kitchen, which is furnished with a 3-seat table, is quite spacious with ample cupboards, a dishwasher, and an enclosed balcony. Artworks and book shelves give the combined living and dining room a homely feel, which is made even more comfortable with a 4-seat glass table and an elegant but cushy sofa with a chaise, where you can relax and watch TV.
While your apartment may be modern, the Bolognina neighborhood is an historical one close to the old city walls. You’ll discover a few interesting sights around, and even more if you walk toward the city center, which is a mere 20 minutes away. Within 200 meters of your new home, there are numerous pizzerias and restaurants, and you’ll also find a pastry shop, pub, cocktail bar and a gym. For a night of entertainment, you can head to the Arena Puccini cinema or take in a show at Teatro Testoni, just a 2-minute walk from your door.
