Located in Bologna's historic center is this 5th floor 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. If your bedroom is one of your priorities, this may be the property for you. Of the 65 m² the bedroom is the largest room, fully furnished and with plenty of storage space. There is a combined kitchen and living room that is small but cozy and comes with a couch, dining table for 4, equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The apartment has wood flooring throughout and big windows that keep it sunny and fresh.
On Via Guglilemo Marconi, you are located in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by beautiful buildings, modern amenities, and several small parks.
