This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Guglielmo Marconi is located inside an elegant building. Everything has been remodeled and the space has a contemporary decor. There are parquet flooring and high ceilings throughout. The spacious bedroom has twin beds, which can fit together to form a large double bed, and there is a desk with 2 chairs where you can work from home. The bathroom has a shower stall and is simple in design, but attractive. The featured space is open-concept with a modern one-wall kitchen equipped with everything you need. This area is furnished with a bright, comfy sofa, TV, and a lovely contemporary 4-seat dining table.
Marconi is so close to downtown that you can walk in 12 minutes. In half that time, you can be picking up groceries at either the Carrefour Express, or the closer Pam Bologna Marconi supermarket. Aside from MAMbo, which is the modern and contemporary art museum, the area is filled with galleries. Palazzo Fava is a 10-minute walk and Galleria Wikiarte a 9-minute walk away. There are also 3 cinemas and 3 nearby parks. Cineteca di Bologna is the nearest spot to catch a movie, and Parco 11 Settembre 2001 is the closest of the parks. There are plenty of restaurants in the area too. In fact, you just need to go downstairs to find sushi, pizza and classic Bolognese cuisine!
