The building of this 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Guglielmo Marconi is magnificent. Inside, is just as elegant with a wide entrance hall, high ceilings and parquet flooring. The property has a comfortable open-plan living room / kitchen where you can relax on the sofa or share a meal with guests at the dining table. The brand-new kitchen has everything you could want, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a top-loading washing machine. The bathroom is small but practical and contemporary, with a box shower.
Marconi is at the outer fringe of Bologna’s downtown center. From here you can walk to many famous tourist sites, including Felicini Palace just 6 minutes away. Slightly closer is the modern and contemporary art museum, MAMbo. And if you’re a really big art enthusiast, Palazzo Fava art gallery is a 10-minute walk away. For entertainment, you can pick up a new novel at the bookstore just up the street, or check out what’s showing on the big screen at Cineteca di Bologna, which is 4 minutes out, or Cinema Lumière located on the other side of nearby Cavaticcio Park. There are a few supermarkets close to your new home, as well as a few good restaurants.
