This 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment available to rent is stylish and unique property and is located in the central Galvani area. As a top floor property, the apartment has skylight windows, slanted ceilings, and wooden beams that provide a sunny and cozy atmosphere. On the main floor you have an open-plan kitchen and living room with a dining table for 6 that adds style to the space. The upstairs room can be used as an additional bedroom or study and opens up onto a terrace that provides beautiful views of the historical center.
On Via Clavature, you get the best that Bologna's historic city center has to offer form the charming views of the building rooftops to the craft shops and cute piazzas nearby. Galvani is the ideal location if you are looking to immerse yourself in the architecture and history of the city and if you enjoy having it all at your doorstep. This area maintains its old world charm but also provides basic modern amenities, including the Galleria Cavour shopping center nearby.
