In the central district of Malpighi, this 2-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord has a room available to rent. The available room is spacious and furnished with a double bed. The main shared area is the eat-in kitchen that also comes with a couch. The kitchen is fully equipped and also opens up onto a terrace full of plants and with patio seating.
The apartment in Malpighi is in the historical center, surrounded by plenty of museums and monuments. The neighborhood is also known for its youthful atmosphere and is full of restaurants and bars. You have all your basic amenities nearby, such as a post office and grocery store. Although there is plenty to see and do within walking distance, you are also well-connected by bus.
