On the lively Via Mascarella, this 28 m² studio apartment is ideal or a couple or individual looking to live in a central area. Despite being a studio, the apartment has a layout that creates different living spaces. Upon entering you find a concealed kitchen that comes fully equipped. The kitchen leads you to the living/dining room which is separated from the bedroom area by a large shelving uni. The renovated property is move-in ready with modern and colorful decor.
Irnerio is a central district that is known for its vintage shops and trendy bars. You won't have to go very far to discover the neighborhood gems with plenty of bars, bookstores, and even a theater located on your street. You have plenty to explore within walking distance, but you also are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus.

- We love the layout and practical design.
- The bathroom is clean, modern, and spacious for a studio.
- The Università di Bologna is only an 8-minute walk away.
- Rosa, our homechecker, said she'd love to live in this studio!
