This spacious apartment covers 110m2 and has 2 fully furnished bedrooms. The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a flat-screen television. The kitchen is lovely, with modern appliances and lots of bench space.
Ixelles is well connected to the city centre and offers a town-like community feel with lovely parks, top quality restaurants and plenty of watering holes. The apartment is within easy reach of the Université Libre de Brussels.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in the heart of Brussels, with everything you need close by.
- Both bedrooms are spacious and stylishly furnished.
- There is a small interior balcony that opens out from the kitchen.
- The main bathroom has his and hers sinks.
- There is a cellar available providing additional storage space.
- There is a separate toilet room with sink for guests.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment faces towards Avenue Louise, but is well insulated from the street noise.
