This 1-bedroom apartment for rent is a duplex apartment, with a combined living room and bedroom, on the ground floor. Although a bit small, this renovated apartment takes advantage of all the space available. The loft bed hangs above the living room space, allowing you to have a place to rest and relax. Downstairs you can find the kitchen and full bathroom.
The apartment is located in Brussels City Center in the historical district of Madou. Here you will find charming streets and colorful buildings. If you love the outdoors you have both the Jardin Botanique and Waradepark nearby. This area is also full of shops, bars, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The living room is furnished with a sofa-bed, standalone wardrobe, shelving, and a TV.
- There is a small area with a picnic table.
- The kitchen comes equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and country-style cabinets.
- The bathroom is completely renovated with a large bathtub.
- The apartment is minutes away from a metro station, but also has plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine and dryer available in a shared laundry room.
- The bed is a loft bed and you must use a ladder to reach it.
