This bright 1-bedroom apartment is available for postgraduates and professionals. The 60m2 apartment is very tidy and much like Brussels, perfectly marries the old and the new. The open-plan living and dining area is stunning, with polished wooden floors, stylish furnishings and plenty of space.
Marolles is home to flea markets, restaurants, shops, and bars. The area is popular with expats, due to its affordable housing and convenient location. The central square, Place du Jeu de Balle, has a long, rich history and is a natural meeting place to start a night out on the town.
What we liked the most
- There is a train station and a metro stop within easy walking distance of the apartment.
- The neighbourhood is home to the famous Marolles market.
- There is a modern dining table for 4, perfect for entertaining.
- The apartment is beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a microwave.
