This 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Chaussée de Vleurgat in Ixelles. The apartment is a cosy space, with a bright living room and a small bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen includes a stove and lots of storage space, and has a window to the living room to allow in natural light, or to chat to your partner while you cook. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower over the bathtub, and a separate toilet room.

Chausséé de Vleurgat is an attractive road lined with cafes and restaurants. The property is just on the edge of the Châtelain district, which is filled with bars and shops, and will contain all you need for a comfortable day-to-day life in the area. You will be living just moments from the nearest tram stop, which links quickly to the metro and city centre at Louise. The pretty Parc Tenbosch is also nearby - an attractive place to spend a sunny afternoon relaxing.

What we liked the most

With a separate bathroom and toilet you wont be stuck dancing outside the bathroom while your partner showers!
The large window in the living room lets in a lot of light.
There is a built-in closet in the living room, with plenty of space for your clothing and other belongings.
For those who like to dine out, this area will be heaven, with loads of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
