This stylish, 1-bedroom apartment in Ixelles is exquisitely decorated throughout and has high ceilings. The spacious 85 m² property offers an ensuite bedroom with a double bed, separate toilet, and a large open plan kitchen and living area.

The apartment is on Rue Franz Merjay, conveniently located in a multicultural neighbourhood which has many local and international shops, restaurants and bars. The tram stops 3 minutes away and you can get to the town centre in 20 minutes using public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The sleek design of the apartment creates an upmarket yet relaxed ambience.
  • There are large windows on both sides of the apartment.
  • The television is in the bedroom to be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher.
  • There is a small laundry room adjoining the bathroom with a washer-dryer, ironing board and storage space.
  • The apartment is close to the tram and grocery stores.

  • The bathroom is accessed via the bedroom but there is a separate toilet room by the living area to be used by visitors.
