This 80 m², 1-bedroom duplex available to rent in Ixelles is perfect for a couples or individual. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, which gives it more character with slanted ceilings and wooden beams. The living room is furnished with modern furniture pieces and the kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped.

The apartment is located in the multicultural district of Ixelles, where you will always have something to do. Chaussée d'Ixelles is a lively street, lines with popular shops, a cinema, and delicious restaurants to choose from. You also have a metro nearby, making it easy to get around town. The European Quarter is a 16-minute walk from the apartment.
