This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment is located in the central Marolles area. The apartment has been recently renovated and has polished wood flooring as and modern appliances. There is a combined living room and kitchen area that is quite spacious. The bathroom is separated into a toilet room and separate shower area.

The apartment is located on Rue des Prêtres, in the Marolles neighborhood near the Palais de Justice. This is a popular area due to its great public transportation connections. The Parc de la Porte de Hal is also nearby – the perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon.

What we liked the most

  • The living room has double glazed windows and a huge flat-screen TV.
  • The bed has a queen-size bed.
  • The shower area and toilet room are separate – convenient for couples.
  • You have access to a private washing machine located 1 floor below.
  • You are a few minutes' walk to the nearest metro station.
