This 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on the ground floor of a building on Avenue de la Chasse in Etterbeek. The apartment has a big, open living area, which links to the first bedroom, and has comfortable furnishings, and a storage unit to separate the 2 spaces. The other bedroom leads to the garden, which is shared with the apartment above, and is planted with flowers. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are also a full bathroom and a separate toilet room.
The apartment is located on an attractive street in one of the quieter areas of the city, but within a short walk of transport to the centre, and of busier shopping areas. There are grocery stores nearby, including a Carrefour Express at Place Saint-Pierre, and plenty of local bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The garden is lovely. There are only a few daffodils visible in the video, but you can see the shoots covering the whole space. It will look beautiful in the spring!
- The kitchen has a unique feature of a stove with both gas and electric burners.
- There's a tram stop right outside the apartment, so you can quickly travel all over the city.
- Park du Cinquantenaire is just a short walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no doorway to separate bedroom 1 from the living area, and the entrance to the apartment is also in the room.
