This stylish 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Ixelles district is perfect for a couple or individual. The 50 m² apartement has a warm and inviting decor with wood flooring, soft colored walls, and big balcony doors. The bedroom is the biggest room with plenty of storage and a king-size bed to match. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom.
Avenue de la Couronne is an ideal location in Ixelles if you love convenience. When you step outside your door you find a bus stop, tram stop, and Carrefour Express. Feel like having some coffee and cake out? Just walk right across the street. Getting around town is also easy with a train station nearby.
What we liked the most
- The balcony has a view of the beautiful building across the street.
- You can watch TV from the big comfortable couch.
- The bedroom is huge and has a comfortable king-size bed.
- Even the bathroom receives a lot of light and it has a lot of storage space.
- You have everything right outside your door from a coffee shop to a pizzeria to a grocery store.
