A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent near a metro station in Woluwe Saint Lambert, Brussels. The recently renovated property is sunny and spacious, and it has a stylish living room with a TV, a sofa, and a dining table. To the back of the living room, you'll find the long balcony. The kitchen has everything you might need, including an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and lots of storage and counter space. The bathroom, which is ensuite, is also modern, and it has a washing machine/dryer for you to use.

Woluwe Saint Lambert is a quiet, residential district to the east of the Brussels city center. Well-connected by public transportation, Woluwe Saint Lambert is also full of parks, open areas, and plenty of shops.

What we liked the most

  • The entire apartment has been recently renovated and looks brand new.
  • A metro station is a short walk from the property.
  • The balcony is a perfect spot for breakfast or a coffee on a sunny morning.
  • There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. Nice!
