A practical, 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the centre of Brussels. This 3rd floor property is filled with natural sunlight, and has spacious rooms which are very comfortable. The living room and kitchen are designed in an open-plan layout, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

This apartment is situated on Rue Saint Michel, which is right in the heart of Brussels. Near the apartment, you will find an assortment of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants, and Grand Place is only 10 minutes away on foot.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is spacious and practical.
  • There is plenty of natural light in the property.
  • There is plenty of built-in storage space in the entrance of the apartment.
  • The living room has a large sofa which also functions as a bed for guests.
  • The apartment is right in the city centre, therefore you will find everything you need nearby.
  • Grand Place is just 10 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are in a communal laundry room which you will be sharing with your neighbours.
  • The wardrobe is in the hallway rather than the bedroom.
