A modern, 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Etterbeek, Brussels. This apartment is spacious and has an open living area, with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with lots of high tech appliances, including a dishwasher, and everything you will need to cook up a storm. There is also a washing machine and dryer on the property, that are hidden among storage space, so your space is not full of large appliances. The bedroom has a luxury double bed, and from this room you can access the large balcony which provides views of Brussels's skyline.
This property is on Avenue de la chasse in Brussels's Etterbeek region. The nearest tram station is just across the street from the property, so you don't have to worry about commuting. The surrounding area is full of everything you will ever need: shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and with a supermarket just around the corner, you will hardly ever have to leave this beautiful property.
What we liked the most
- According to the owner's wife, the bed in the bedroom is the same as one used in a 5* hotel, comfy!
- The kitchen is fully equipped with new and high tech appliances, including a dishwasher.
- The apartment is well lit with natural light thanks to the large windows throughout the property.
- The bedroom has a large private balcony with a beautiful view, perfect for the summer months.
- There is plenty of storage space.
