The interior of the property is filled with natural sunlight, and it measures 45 m ² so it is quite spacious. There is a comfortable living area with a sofa, that converts into a double bed, great for if you have guests over. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and an oven that doubles as a microwave.
This apartment is situated on Rue Potagère, in the tranquil Saint-Josse area which is located to the north-east of the city centre. The neighbourhood is quite residential, so you'll find a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants to suit your needs. When you want to reach other parts of Brussels, you can either catch the metro, or you can walk to Grand Place or the European Parliament - both are 20 minutes away respectively.
