This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to move right in and feel settled. It has a cosy balcony with a table and chairs that overlooks a lovely garden area. The living room is very comfortable, with a sofa, flat screen television, and a dining table and chairs. The glass balcony doors let in plenty of natural sunlight to brighten up this space.
This apartment is very near the European District. You will find everything you could want within walking distance of here. For those evenings when you don't feel like cooking, just walk across the street and have dinner at Meet Meat, the steak restaurant and wine house. There are many options for shopping and supermarkets very nearby, so you can run most of your errands on foot.
