Warm studio apartment to rent in Ixelles. This beautiful property is an excellent option for those who need quick connection to the city centre or major universities. Students are only a short trip from campus and professionals can make it to the city centre in less than 25 minutes.
You'll love the layout of the apartment, its quaint décor and warm, wooden floors. The kitchen and living room are in a shared space and feature a minimalist yet comfortable design. There is a dining table, sofa and additional chairs. It's a wonderful space for cooking a meal and entertaining guests. The bedroom is partially separated from the living room and features a double bed, large wardrobe with mirrors and beautiful window. The bathroom is stylish and modern and features a gorgeous bathtub.
Ixelles is a classy neighbourhood not far from the city centre. Enjoy strolling along the avenue Brugmann towards Vanderkindere. Here you'll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and more. Directly in front of your apartment is L'Abbe Froidure Park where you can take in some peace and quiet on a nice day. And if you like to exercise, try Brussels Pilates just around the corner.

- The Libre and Vrije Universities are accessible by tram. Take the 7 line from Churchill to either Cambre-etoile or Etterbeek Gare. You can also enjoy a 35-minute walk or a 15-minute bike ride to campus.
