This gorgeous 1-bedroom attic apartment is available to rent to professionals or postgraduates right next to the train station in Watermael-Boitsfort. The property has 2 floors, with the bedroom up the stairs on the 2nd level. Downstairs you'll find a spacious main room, with a cozy living room and an open-plan, modern kitchen. The bathroom, which is divided into a separate toilet and shower room, has a large bathtub and a washing machine for you to use. You also have access to a large terrace with peaceful views.
Watermael-Boitsfort is a quiet, calm neighborhood located just to the southeast of the Brussels city center. Nearby, you have lots to do-- the area is full of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The Vrije Universiteit Brussel and the Université Libre de Bruxelles are also nearby the apartment. And, with a train station just 2 minutes from your doorstep, you'll always be connected to the city center!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is cozy and bright.
- The Université Libre Bruxelles and the La Cambre fashion school are close by the apartment.
- There are lots of restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby.
- There are gorgeous, tranquil views from the private terrace!
- A train station is just next door to the apartment.
- The apartment has been recently renovated-- everything is new and modern.
