This 1-bedroom apartment on Avenue de Trêves, in the European Quarter, is fully furnished and comes equipped with central heating. The 80 m² property has 1 modern bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen and living area that opens out onto a balcony.

The apartment is conveniently located right by the European Parliament, and a short walk from beautiful Parc Léopold. This area is also very well connected by public transport, and has numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes to discover.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The balcony has a table and chairs for a meal outdoors.
  • The modern kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including pots and pans.
  • The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa which also converts into a bed.
  • David the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
  • There are several lovely parks to explore nearby, including Brussels Park, Park Square Marie-Louise, and Parc du Cinquantenaire.
