This brand new 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment on Boulevard De Waterloo, in central Louise, is equipped with central heating and has 1 beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, and a dishwasher, and there is also a charming living area with a large window with street views.

The apartment is located just 3 minutes from Louise Metro station and around the corner from the Palais de Justice. The lovely Hallepoortpark is also located nearby, and you will find numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to explore in the area.

What we liked the most

The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen television.
The washer-dryer will allow you to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
There is good storage space for your personal items.
The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
David the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
