This 120 m², 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in Saint Josse is a luxury home in Brussels City Center. Not only is this a spacious property, but you also have access to a large garden and patio – a nice feature for city life. You can access the patio from the open-plan kitchen and living room. The living room has 2 comfy couches, a big flat-screen TV, and a beautiful wooden table for 6. The big kitchen is fully equipped, including modern appliances and a breakfast bar.
On Rue Georges Matheus, the apartment is in a great central location. You are just a few minutes' walk from all methods of public transport including the Nord train station. For shopping, you have the City 2 shopping mall nearby where you can find everything you need. The apartment is also a short walk to the Université Saint-Louis campus and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

- You have a garden and a terrace.
- The windows help block out the street noise.
- You have a washing machine and dryer.
