On a lovely tree-lined street in Schaerbeek is this elegant 2-bedroom apartment available to rent. The 70 m² property is very well-decorated with beautiful chandelier lighting, colorful rugs, and vintage style decor. The apartment has big windows that fill each room with natural light. The living room comes with a big couch, dining table for 6, a large flat-screen TV, and stylish storage units. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides but are quite spacious. The kitchen is also a bright and open room, equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast table.

The apartment is on charming Avenue des Cerisiers, a residential street that is close to everything you need. Just a few minutes' walk away you have a roundabout, where you have pharmacies, small shops, a hair salon, and an Italian restaurant. Having all the basics nearby is ideal, but you are also very well-connected within a 10-minute walk to a Metro and tram stop.
