This 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Uccle is perfect for anyone who enjoys a bit more of privacy. The 2 rooms are on opposite ends and each comes with a private en-suite bathroom. Both rooms also come fully furnished and have access to a balcony. Upon entering you have a huge open-plan kitchen and living room with high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and also has a dining table for 6. The living room opens up onto a balcony and has a couch, lots of storage space, and a TV.

Uccle is a relaxed, residential neighborhood about 30 minutes from Brussels City Center. On Rue Van Eyck, you are in a quiet area with art galleries, flower shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. You are also surrounded by several parks, perfect for enjoying a sunny day outside. Students or professionals are also conveniently located less than 15 minutes to the Université Libre de Bruxelles campus.
