With 70m², this apartment has a spacious dining and lounge area with couches and a TV, the kitchen is fully equipped, while each room has a double bed a generous wardrobe. A wrap around balcony is accessed through the lounge with a peaceful view, while the bathroom has a double sink and lovely big mirror.

This apartment is located in a friendly neighborhood, close to the city center, and is popular for students as university campuses are nearby. There are many options to keep you entertained are close by, such as a 12-minute walk to the shopping mall Schleiper. It is just a 9-minute walk to the public swimming pool.
