This 2-bedroom apartment on Paul Devignestraat in Schaerbeek is fully furnished. The 75m² property has a fully equipped and very spacious kitchen with plenty of modern amenities, such as a full fridge, dishwasher, oven, and washer-dryer. The bathroom has a bathtub-shower, a generous double sink, and a large mirror, with plenty of storage space. There is an extra room for storage with the possibility to add a bed.

Located in diverse Schaerbeek, you will be just outside a tram stop. There are several restaurants and cafes in the area, serving both local and global cuisines. Several supermarkets are within 10-minutes' walk. There are a few parks in the area for relaxing, and another train station just around the corner.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, and it has a large sink, plenty of storage, and everything you need to cook.
  • There is access to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
  • The washer-dryer will make doing your laundry year-round easy and convenient.
  • The apartment is located near several grocery stores, public transportation stops, and restaurants.
  • The apartment is stylishly furnished, with comfortable sofas and a chic dining set.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a second bedroom area which has a wardrobe, and would be ideal to use as a storage room. A bed can be added upon request.
