This gorgeous 5-bedroom house is available for rent on Paule Avenue in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. The 300m² property has a spacious living room with TV and comfortable furniture. Down the hall are the dining room and a spacious, modern kitchen that has access to a garden. There is a toilet room on this floor and upstairs is a shared bathroom with bath and toilet. The bedrooms are all located upstairs - 1 of these bedrooms has a mezzanine double bed giving the room a very spacious feel, while the 2 other bedrooms have single beds, with closets.

This house is located in a superb, residential neighbourhood. There are great transport links to the city centre including trams and buses. You can find a lot of restaurants, bar and shops within walking distance or a short drive.

What we liked the most

  • The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with large shower and his and hers sinks.
  • There is a large basement that is used as a laundry room and could be used for extra storage.
  • The garden is very big with seats, a small jungle gym and dining furniture. An ideal place to relax in summer and for children to play in.
  • There are sports clubs and parks in the area for those who like to exercise.
  • There is free parking available on the street and in the driveway.
  • This house has a small secluded office but could have two if one of the bedrooms was used as an office.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no AC so a fan or portable unit may be required in summer months.
  • Bedroom 4 is used as an office in the video however it could be converted into a bedroom as it has an ensuite bathroom and pull-out sofa.
