A balcony with great views is accessible from the living room. The bathroom is contemporary and has the washing machine and dryer. The bedroom is carpeted with a double bed and wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

This apartment is located right next to Josaphat Park in a nice residential area which is close to transport. There are also bars, restaurants and other various shops within walking distance.
