This mod 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Boulevard du Triomphe is on the 4th floor. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room is surrounded by windows on three sides. It’s a corner apartment with glass making up two walls. There is also a door to a fabulous furnished balcony. The kitchen is streamlined. The decor has a retro vibe. The bathroom and toilet are in separate spaces. And the double bedroom is also bright — although the curtains will let you sleep in.

Ixelles is a large neighborhood to the southeast of the city center. There are quite a lot of students populating the area. French-speaking Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and Dutch-speaking Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) are both within walking distance from your new home. You’re a half-hour walk away from a few large parks. There is plenty of activities for you in this area. Within a 20-minute walk you’ll find a rock climbing gym, bowling alley, and casino. Supermarkets are close as well.
