A nicely renovated 80 sqm, two bedroom apartment located on Rue de l'Ecuyer, in Brussels City Center. From this convenient location you can walk to the Central Station in only five minutes, where you can access local, intercity and international trains. Beautiful Brussels Park and the cathedral are less than 10 minutes away. This unfurnished interior apartment has two floors, featuring a kitchen, a toilet and two bedrooms on the first floor and a living room and one bathroom upstairs.

What we liked the most

  • The renovated apartment is very tidy and has been recently painted.
  • The interesting layout gives character, with the living room located at the top of a spiral staircase.
  • The apartment has double glazed windows, helping insulate outside noise.
  • There is gas heating for the cold winter months.
  • This home is fitted with LED bulbs, which will help keep the electricity bill low.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen only has a small refrigerator.
  • The living room and bathroom are located on the second floor and have rather low ceilings.
  • The building does not have an elevator.
