This beautifully renovated one bedroom apartment spreads over two floors, offering a bathroom, a kitchen, the living area and a double bedroom on the first floor, and a study on an upper level which could be used as a second bedroom. The apartment is located on Rue de l'Arbre Bénit, in the neighbourhood of Ixelles, within walking distance to the city centre, the European Commission, public transport, cinemas, art galleries and restaurants. With a floor area of 60 m², this interior flat is superbly equipped including central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer and a TV.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been tastefully renovated, resulting in a modern and sophisticated living space.
  • The slopping ceilings add to the overall charm of the flat.
  • The bedroom has a large window with beautiful courtyard views.
  • The apartment is very silent, with double glazed windows throughout.
  • The living area has a sofa, a TV and a dining table for four.
  • You will be within walking distance from Brussels city center and the European Commission.
  • The study on the top floor is furnished with a desk and a sofa, but could be used as a second bedroom if desired.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is interior but has several windows and skylights that let in natural light.
  • The kitchen only has a small refrigerator, but it is otherwise well-equipped for cooking, including a microwave, a stove and an oven.
