A nicely renovated 92m2, two bedroom apartment located on Rue Marronier in the Brussels City Center. This popular and stylish neighborhood is in a prime location in Brussels as the city center, the European Institutions and universities are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. This spacious exterior apartment features central heating, solar water heating system, a nice living area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Bedroom 1 has a large wooden terrace with a spectacular view of Brussels. To facilitate your stay in Brussels, all utilities come included in the rental price.
