Spotahome is proud to present a charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for rent located on Rue Kerckx in the diverse district Ixelles. The apartment is fully furnished, complete with a beautiful living room with a balcony, a bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment does not have a washing machine, however, you will be able to wash your clothes in a launderette just a short walk from the apartment. You will be located nearby a bus station that can take you into the city centre in under 25 minutes and will live nearby plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious Belgian cuisine. The area of the apartment is 75m2.

- The beautifully decorated living room features cosy sofas and a television.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with an oven and cupboards.
- The apartment features wooden flooring throughout.
- The upscale neighborhood is close to the city center and has a diverse atmosphere.
- The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a dressing room area.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not have a washing machine, however, you can wash and dry your clothes in a launderette located on Chaussée d'Ixelles 312.
