The cosy apartment features two chic balconies overlooking the neighborhood as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a living area and an open plan bedroom with a double bed. Along with a wardrobe in the bedroom, the 35m2 apartment also has an extra closet, providing plenty of storage for all your belongings. The nearby tramway station can easily take you into the city centre and other parts of Brussels.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has two balconies with fifth-floor views of the neighborhood.
- The open bedroom, which connects with the living room, makes the 35m2 apartment very spacious.
- We love the cosy fireplace in the living area!
- The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring plenty of cupboards for your kitchenware.
- You will have easy access to the city centre and will be living in an artsy district.
- The apartment provides plenty of storage in both, the bedroom and the extra storage closet in the living area.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine, however, there is a launderette available just around the corner.
- Cleaning of the common areas is included in the extra price for utility bills.
