A mere 12 minute walk from the Gare de Schaerbeek, this ground floor flat is furnished with antique pieces and features a decorative fireplace. This flat will be perfect for a single person or couple, as it is quite spacious at 80 m2 in total area. The highlight of this antique apartment is the private interior terrace: this covered space will be perfect for hosting a lunch or simply to have a relaxing afternoon! The surrounding area, Schaerbeek, is reminiscent of the luxurious Notting Hill district of London. Though it maintains a high-class facade, it offers reasonably priced housing along with a multicultural atmosphere.
What we liked the most
- We especially love the traditional tiles on the floor. It adds a lot of character and meshes beautifully with the rustic pieces of furniture.
- Though the flat maintains an antique decor, it comes fully equipped with modern amenities such as an oven and a washer-dryer.
- The apartment has private access to the interior terrace, a quiet, relaxing space that will be perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon!
- At 80 m2, tenants will have plenty of space to stretch out.
- The neighborhood of Schaerbeek is a beautiful one with good connections to other parts of Brussels.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom.
- The apartment is on the ground floor, but the exterior windows come fitted with protective bars.
