It features a cozy open plan kitchen and living area and two bathrooms, one en-ensuite to bedroom 3, and is equipped with a wide range of amenities, including central heating, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The house is located on Rue Malibran, in the attractive multicultural neighbourhood of Ixelles. The Free University of Brussels and Vrije University are 20 minutes from the house on foot, or a short 5-minute bus ride away. The property is also close to the European Parliament, shops, public transport, restaurants and Brussels-Luxemburg train station. Brussels City Centre is only 2km away.

- This stylish house for rent is bright and beautifully decorated using vibrant colours.
- The inviting open plan kitchen and living area can comfortably accommodate all household members for meal.
- There is a cozy reading corner with an armchair, lamp and a bookcase to store your books.
- The elegant kitchen is immaculately presented with plenty of wooden cupboards and modern appliances.
- The house offers three bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, and one featuring bunk beds that is ideal for children.
- The large master bedroom is located by itself on the third level, and it offers a sitting area with a television and a private bathroom.
- The spacious bathroom offers good storage space and also features a washing machine.
- Rent includes all utilities, bed linen, towels and parking can be arranged at an extra cost.
Things to keep in mind
- The house has a patio but it is under construction (updated January 2015).
- There is only one television located in the master bedroom.
