This 120m2, 2-bedroom apartment for rent is fully renovated and has polished wooden flooring, an elegant wooden dining table, and sleek wooden countertops in the kitchen. Located on the ground floor the apartment has beautiful views of the indoor courtyard and receives plenty of natural light. There is 1 bathroom to share.

Etterbeek is home to ULB and VUB university and is considered a very modern district. This area is a mix between the big city buzz and a quiet neighbourhood. There are many sites nearby such as the gorgeous Parc du Cinquantenaire Jubelpark. The apartment is also very close to EU institutions.

What we liked the most

  • A TV home cinema is included. Nice.
  • There is extra storage space in the corridor.
  • There is a separate laundry room.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, electric stove top, double sink, wooden countertops, and a dishwasher.
  • The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transport.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a parking garage available for rent.
  • The coffee table and the chairs of the dining table will be changed.
  • Bathroom will be renovated in the future.
